inne is a made-to-order atelier. These terms govern your use of our website and any order you place with us. By browsing or ordering, you accept these terms in full.

Each garment is cut and hand-finished to your specification after you order. Because every piece is made for you, production begins once payment is confirmed and cannot be paused once cutting has started.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment partners. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Eligible tailored shirts include the inne brand button and a 5% discount, applied automatically in your bag. Removing the brand button from your bag forfeits this discount.

Made-to-order pieces are hand-finished and dispatched within ten working days, then shipped by our courier partner. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with location and courier conditions.

As each shirt is cut to your measure, bespoke orders are not returnable. We will gladly help with sizing before you order, and we remake or repair any garment that arrives faulty or not as ordered.

All content on this site — text, imagery, designs and the inne name and marks — belongs to inne and may not be used without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, inne is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
